A modest 20th-century timber cottage on a quiet street in Tempe has undergone an ambitious renovation that has seen the house reborn as a light-filled, energy-efficient family home. Thoughtfully designed to support the clients and their two children for years to come, the project ensures they can remain rooted in the community.

Working with DKC Architecture, Built Complete have constructed a larger, modern home to include four bedrooms plus a study, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The project features a brand-new kitchen and bathrooms, along with a second-storey addition that provides a generous main bedroom, ensuite and dedicated study.
